1185 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1185 platform. By registering or using any 1185 service, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using the 1185 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any additional policies published by 1185 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1185 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 1185 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.
The 1185 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1185 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1185 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 1185 support team. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1185 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to, online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods that may be added from time to time.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by 1185 and may vary depending on the payment method. All successful deposits are credited to your account and are immediately available for use on the platform. 1185 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals can only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. 1185 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals during the verification process for security purposes and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, including the use of a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you, will result in the immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules and Account Policy
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the 1185 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms. The following activities are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or other users' accounts
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 1185 platform
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the platform — any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to [email protected]
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
Account Suspension & Closure
1185 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to a refund of their account balance, depending on the circumstances. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1185 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 1185 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1185 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds resulting from valid game outcomes or betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1185 platform are the property of 1185 or its respective licensors and are protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent from 1185.
Third-Party Links
The 1185 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 1185 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
